Returns Policy
RETURNS - Retail Orders:
- Our policy lasts 28 days and only applies to purchases made via this website. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with original tags on.
- We do not refund if you change your mind or order the wrong size or quantity. We will exchange the item but you will be required to pay all related postage costs.
- Coupon code promotions or sale/discounted items cannot be refunded or exchanged as they are deemed final sale
- We cannot exchange underwear or hair accessories
- David Fussenegger items are considered bedding accessories and cannot be returned because of change of mind.
- Due to health regulations and hygiene we are unable to exchange or return Winibeads teething products due to change of mind.
- We pride ourselves on our quality and high standards, however if you find an item is faulty please contact us via sales@emotionandkids.com.au and we will help you and rectify the issue.
- Gifts that were ordered through our website can be exchanged, assuming all the above conditions are met, but you will have to pay the cost of the return postage.
- Refunds (if applicable) - we will refund via your original payment method and we will notify you of refund withing 7 business days of return of goods.
